We say, "POTUS."

POTUS: The Man who Can, He with the most ability or capability. From Latin, Pot- to be able, or can. POTUS, acronym for "President of the United States." Not to be confused with the leader of the New World Order (or New Order); some may argue they are one in the same, although 'United States of America' does not necessarily equate to 'United States of the New World Order.' The slang or urban phrase (term), "Pot-head" may have something to do with this... or not. And there is fair assumption that the slogan, "Yes We Can" is related (see 'Yes We Can').
